Given the late date of Homecoming this year our first General Body Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 10:00 am. This is our first business meeting of the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
The General Body of the AALU meets twice a year, generally in October and May. The previous meeting was held on May 5, 2025. Here are a few highlights for our upcoming meeting:

Meeting materials will be provided to registered members before the meeting and you should do three things piror to the meeting:
1) READ THE FOLLOWING:
a) AGENDA - Will be provided closer to the time of our meeting date and after the Council Meeting on October 22, 2025.
b) May 5, 2025 MINUTES: We will adopt them by consent unless there are changes since you will receive them before the meeting. This will help us save time and adopt them immediately.
c) REPORTS. All will be available for your preview after the by Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Please read once received. Presenters will move quickly through their agenda items, referring you to their written reports
2) REGISTER to let us know you're coming, and share any topics of interest you'd like to share.
3) SIGN IN to Wild Apricot on the device you will be using on Saturday, November 1, 2025. Signing in will improve your AALU member experience. If you are having Membership or sign In issues reply to this email before Wednesday, October 29, 2025 . We will not be able to assist you while running the meeting on Saturday, November 1.
