FINANCE COMMITTEEThe Finance Committee shall be composed of the Treasurer and the Financial Secretary and at least four (4) other members appointed by the President before the October meeting. The Finance Committee shall prepare a budget for the fiscal year beginning the first day of July and to submit it for approval to the Council and the Association at their regular meetings in May.
