AALU October 2024 Virtual General Body Meeting

Homecoming was a blast. Now it's time for the first business meeting of our 2024-25 fiscal year. The General Body of the AALU meets twice a year, generally in October and May. The previous meeting was held on May 4, 2024. Here are a few highlights:

BEFORE THE MEETING please do 3 things:

1)      READ THE FOLLOWING:

a)      AGENDA: Please note action items (votes) on 2025 candidate slate and Constitution & Bylaws revisions

b)     May 4, 2024 MINUTES: We will adopt them by consent unless there are changes since you will receive them in advance. This will help us save time and adopt them immediately.

c)      REPORTS. All are available for your preview in this Open Google Folder. Please read. Presenters will move quickly through their agenda items, referring you to their written reports.

2)      REGISTER to let us know you're coming, and share any topics of interest you'd like us to raise with Dr. Allen.

3)      SIGN IN to Wild Apricot on the device you will be using on Saturday. Signing in will improve your AALU member experience. If you are having Membership or Sign In issues reply to this email today. We will not be able to assist you while running the meeting on Saturday.
